Froth-Pak Two Component Foam

Froth-Pak^® is a foam machine in a carton. Chemical curing allows two-part polyurethane foam to be dispensed, expand and become tack-free in seconds. Froth-Pak^® will skin over in 30–40 seconds and be completely cured in under one minute. Froth-Pak^® is typically used as a foam-insulating sealant to fill cavities, wall and floor penetrations, cracks and expansion joints.

FROTH-PAK^™ Foam Sealant Kit (W-FRPK12, W-1FRPK12, W-FRPK200, W-FP620)

FROTH-PAK™ Foam Sealant is a two-component, quick-cure polyurethane foam that fills cavities, penetrations, cracks and expansion joints. FROTH-PAK™ Foam Sealant can also be used as a sealant and void fill in many roofing applications. FROTH-PAK™ is a chemically cured foam, which significantly reduces curing time. FROTH-PAK™ dispenses, expands and becomes tack-free in seconds.

As an air sealant, FROTH-PAK™ Foam Sealant is ideal for many home applications, including:

• Roof and wall junctions
• Wall and attic penetrations
• Electrical, mechanical and plumbing penetrations
• Other gaps, cracks or crevices in the building envelope

FROTH-PAK™ Foam Sealant can be used in either interior or exterior settings. If used in an exterior setting, a coating must be applied for ultraviolet (UV) protection.

Excess foam can be easily trimmed using a knockdown rasp, available in 2' (HDS-2), 4' (HDS-4), or 6' (HDS-6) sizes.

FROTH-PAK™ FS Foam Insulation is a two-component, quick-cure polyurethane foam that fills cavities, cracks and expansion joints for insulation and air sealing.

The Class A rating (flame spread of 25 or less) of FROTH-PAK™ FS Foam Insulation allows its use in residential wall, attic and crawl space, and light commercial building applications in the United States. Available in portable, self-contained kits or larger, refillable cylinders, FROTH-PAK™ FS Foam Insulation is an ideal choice for gaps, cracks and penetrations greater than 3" and hard-to-reach locations such as rim joists and band joists.
