Pricing: All pricing is suggested retail and applies only to the continental United States. We make every effort to assure that our products and pricing are published as accurately as possible. In the event an error is made, we reserve the right to correct it.

Warranty: All Wind-lock products are manufactured in accordance with a strict quality assurance program. They are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and will perform as represented.

Return Policy: No merchandise may be returned without a Return Authorization Number from the Wind-lock Credit and Return Department. If the return is authorized, transportation charges must be prepaid. If goods are found defective, we will replace them free of charge.
Tools found abused will be repaired and returned only at buyer’s written request. We will not be responsible for any merchandise returned that has been out of the factory 12 months or longer. Merchandise that has been discontinued cannot be returned.
